About Me

My photo
Mrs. Pritchett's Printables
I'm a pretty random person! I'm a wife and mother to two children. (Currently 11 & 8) My children are growing up way too fast! My sweet OCD husband is so patient with my ADHD lifestyle. We are polar opposites in that aspect, but it works! (Probably better in my favor than his!) I get excited about new things and can strangely hyper-focus on a new activity until I figure out the details. I love starting new projects (preferably messy ones) that I rarely finish. I love my job as a school based SLP. I love coming up with new treatment materials. SPED paperwork is my nemesis! Thankfully, I work with another SLP who tries to keep me on top of things. Mrs. Britt is basically a clone of my husband. Again - I benefit the most from this "symbiotic" relationship! (That sounds better than admitting she takes care of me!) We split the caseload based on preferences - she loves Artic, and I love Language tx. We work w/ a part time SLP who is a nice mix of us both. Ms. Parker tends to take on the kids with multiple disorders! Although working in a Pre-K - 2nd school w/ 1,000 students can get overwhelming, we are lucky to have 2 1/2 SLP's in one spot!
